Wintersun at Coolangatta Queensland 2006
Wintersun 2006 what a blast! Coolangatta was jammed with Rockers, Bodgies, Widgies, an awesome array of
their Custom Rides and the Rockabilly Bands were great street entertainment. 'ONYA' to the Wintersun Organizers
and Volunteers .
Resurrected Relics Members and their Rides were well represented at Wintersun over the Queens Birthday
weekend at Coolangatta. Saturday morning and evening were a drought breaker but on Sunday Queensland's mojo won the day
with Wintersun living up to its name.
There was some hot gos on well known Relicette who gatecrashed the Sunday night parade and was
impounded, the big block Chev pulled over by a Copper on a horse, a few dented panels in the parade (lucky these people don't
race), a bogged Buick, and we are still hearing more.
