Hi Relics and Relicettes,
Just a few updates for you:
So mark them on your calendar. Shows will
run from 3 pm to 5 pm, and we will have a cruise following the shows. Each show we will invite a couple of car clubs
to join in the fun. But we have come to an arrangement with Californian Image that their Club will man the food stall,
and we will turn that into a fund raiser for the Club. Additionally, we will be running the raffles and 50/50 numbers
to raise money for the Club. So come along and support the Shows. These will be run as a joint Cal Image/RR
show, so lets make it happen
Now in order to make it happen, we need some
volunteer help Food has to be cooked, food stall has to be manned, Ezy Ups and audio has to be set up and we need 2
Marshalls to help with the traffic and show. We are hoping that Bruce will take the lead on the food, that Laith will
help with the Ezy Ups and audio, and that we can rope a couple of members in to help with the Marshalling. Ok with that
guys? Any volunteers?
1. Memberships. As of today, all those
Members who have not paid their 07/08 dues will be struck off the membership list. This is the last email that you will
be receiving. You know who you are. We will also be writing to the Department of Transport, and advising them
that you are no longer Club members, and that your Club Registration is no longer valid. If you want to rejoin the Club,
it will now cost you $70.
3. Jackets and T shirts. We are in the final stages of getting some Club jackets and T
shirts. Watch this space in the New Year.
